Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Digital marketing specialist(Affiliate Marketing) self-starter who thrives on analyzing and optimizing digital marketing. You’ll work with an upbeat, responsible for the planning, execution and maintenance of affiliate marketing campaigns for our clients. Duties will include development of marketing strategy,
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy and media plan for all affiliate marketing channels including cost per lead, CPM, and CPC providers
Research, track, and identify top current partners or largest growth opportunities to optimize revenue
Project management skills and cross team communication expert; work with finance, legal, SEO, engineering, sales, and product
Develop content and go to market strategies to drive customer retention and brand loyalty
Partner with affiliate networks and advertisers to understand their needs and how our site can be better optimized
Strong understanding and previous use of affiliate network portals, API feeds, Google Analytics, Excel, Powerpoint
Understand the ebbs and flows of the Affiliate channel and marketing space, competitor research, and technology trends
Forecasting and growth expert with the ability to drive actionable and trackable changes
Expert at creating collateral, PowerPoint decks, case studies, and presentations for clients
Build marketing strategies around key time frames and holidays. Discover new strategies and potential partnerships
Monitor the online reputation of the businesses through social and online listening and actively manage the social communities
Report back on social campaign results using insights, data and listening tools
Communicate with networks on daily basics
Collaborate with client services team in order to meet client needs and recommend and execute comprehensive media plans
Build and manage ongoing communication with affiliate partners, including budget changes, performance monitoring, pricing negotiation, and client needs
Coordinate and execute affiliate pricing and insertion orders
Develop presentation decks and present marketing strategy, new vendor recommendations, and performance reviews to internal and external teams
Evaluate and maintain proper compliance practices through compliance solution tools,
Work with existing affiliate and lead gen partners to scale our breadth of traffic, leads and customers they provide
Report on and analyze the marketing funnel for each client understanding affiliate performance and optimization opportunities
Building & establishing new networks relationships
Monitoring the network's performance and tracking their progress
Announcing new offers
Buying better leads
Skills
Experience required includes 1-4 years of business experience, of which 1-2 years are; specific to digital marketing.
Must have a track record of building and developing relationships, implementing campaign strategies, and general digital business acumen
Exceptional communication skills
Eager to learn and striving for improvement
Solid understanding of affiliate marketing concept
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Affiliate marketing and digital world
Data-driven individual with effective problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present information to small groups
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
