We are looking for a responsible, bright, approachable person to join our reception team and be an ambassador for our company!

The right candidate will have the professionalism and personality to make an excellent first impression on our visitors and guests and will possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Candidates must be western educated and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a reception or customer service based role, preferably within an international company.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and to answer a high volume of calls calmly, and work proactively on other tasks. Other duties will include general administration including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, answering emails and data input. Exceptional organisation skills, accuracy and a high attention to detail are therefore essential as are a friendly and bubbly persona!
