Key Responsibilities

Managing social media reporting for clients as well as undertaking research, helping with pitchwork where necessary and executing social media campaigns.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Social media page management (including community management, moderation, post, content, escalation & crisis management).
• Reporting & Analytics – monthly, weekly and/or quarterly reporting.
• Research for relevant projects and pitches.
• Supporting and assisting with presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Sourcing UGC and creating UGC-style content for use on client social media pages.
• Operating and managing social media listening and content management tools.
• Working with account management teams and project managers on digital and integrated campaigns in order to deliver best in class social media marketing for JWT clients.
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest social media news and platform updates.
• Providing support to the social media managers and planning team.

Skills

• Have demonstrable success already in managing content and delivering social media campaigns
• 4 years of experience working across different social media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, G+ and Pinterest.
• Previous experience in online content-creation e.g. via experience of PR, journalism, or copywriting.
• Experience blogging and/or advising others on blogging best practice-
• A basic understanding/experience of paid media marketing on facebook/twitter/youtube.
• Be a confident, articulate team player able to understand complex issues quickly and have an immaculate attention to detail.
• Have experience representing and acting on behalf of a large brand or organisation online by participating in, instigating and responding to conversations across blogs, forums and social networks in a timely and sensitive fashion.
• Have experience building effective online profiles on a range of social networks.
• Have experience creating and managing social media content calendars across multiple social platforms.
• Show what both quantitative and qualitative “success” looks like on a number of different campaigns they’ve worked on.
• Have experience setting up and using a range of the free and paid-for auditing tools available - ideally some of the following: Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Radian6, Crimson Hexagon, Social Bakers, Wildfire, Sprinklr.
• Have a proven track record of effective written communications, including distilling data captured from monitoring tools into client-facing reports
• Have an active and well-established personal presence/footprint on all of the major social networks.
• Be up-to-speed on the latest developments in social media so as to rapidly recommend/adopt accepted best practice for clients.
