KGI is looking for a full-time Arabic-speaking employee based in Dubai to work as Arabic-English Writer & Content Production Specialist.

The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for creating content for the web and social media. He/she will report to the Content & Production Director.

He/she will also assist in the photo & video content production and work closely with the Social Media, Enablement, and Business Development departments to ensure executing work projects & business pitches successfully.



Responsibilities:

• Produce compelling quality content for digital platforms across a range of subjects, mainly food, beverages, cooking, fashion, and beauty

• Develop monthly social media content plans & come up with creative content concepts

• Assist in the photo & video content production to make sure the execution goes in line with the social media content plans

• Collaborate with the design, web and enablement teams to conceive ideas and implement them

• Monitor, research, and create posts on social media platforms mainly Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Manage social media marketing campaigns & prepare social media performance analysis

• Ability to generate engaging content in a creative writing style, adapting to different offline and online platforms

• General knowledge and interest in web and social media

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Highly motivated and able to work in a proactive environment

• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work beyond regular working hours

• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Translation, Mass Communication or other relevant majors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Very good experience in Arabic & English writing, copywriting, and creative translation

• Very good experience in the Microsoft Office applications

• Good experience in using the web & social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest … etc.
