Liaise on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email
Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media
Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for the clients
Work as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity
Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings
Research, liaise the writing of press materials and distribute press releases to targeted media
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business journalists in national and trade publications
Pitch stories to both national and local media.
Achieve highest visibility for in print, broadcast, TV, online and social media outlets
Write clear and compelling pitch letters
Liaise with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations
Devise and coordinate photo opportunities
Collate and analyze media coverage
Promote news stories and features to the media
Collate, analyze and evaluate media coverage
Event management, including press conferences and promotional events
Attend and promote client events to the media
Assist with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines
Commissioning market research
Coordinating studio or location photography
Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients
Source and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities for the clients

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent command over Ms. Office including word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems. • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
