Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Account Executive with a least 1-year experience in luxury travel.

The Account Executive’s role is to assist the Account Managers and Directors in the day to day running of their accounts. You will need to be proactive, organised, flexible and have determination and enthusiasm. You must be able to work well as part of a team but also show your own initiative with the ability to work under pressure.

In terms of your “day to day” duties specifically, you will be expected:



- To help in the organisation of press functions and press trips

- To attend such functions and escort press trips as dictated by the Account Director

- Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media

- To research any third-party information and industry reports on behalf of clients

- Undertake research for new business proposals

- To help with ideas and information, contributing to the success and smooth running of the individual client campaigns

- To be responsible for the press cuttings resulting from our work for our clients - an important and often under-rated role

- To be responsible for the forward features planning and pitching on behalf of our clients

- To write and help distribute press releases on behalf of our clients as well as preparing media lists

- To evaluate and operate our filing systems

- To maintain stocks of / photocopy as required, update press kits on behalf of our clients

- To be in charge of our stationery and brochure material on behalf of our clients, re-ordering as required

- Ensure that team client data / activity and coverage is added to the PRCO ATS reporting system on a regular basis with report’s ready for distribution by the 5th of the month following the due date

- To help and take on special projects such as press releases, newsletters, regional press functions, etc. as dictated by the Account Director

- To assist and contribute to our company social media channels on a regular basis

- To assist and contribute to our company blog on a regular basis

- Liaison with our offices in Paris, Milan, Moscow, Munich and Dubai as applicable

- Any other works as dictated by the Directors.
