Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Account Executives with excellent communication skills, an understanding of digital and traditional media, and most importantly – a fierce work ethic.



You will be the link between clients and the agency, which means you must understand their needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them on a daily basis. You are responsible for the coordination of administrative and campaign work, while communicating clearly to all those involved. This will you do by assisting Account Manager / Director on day-to-day handling of assigned account(s).

Skills

Liaise with clients, third parties and agency staff on all tactical processes related to accounts in consultation with immediate supervisor.
Maintain cordial relationships with immediate client contact and agency staff; efforts to build credibility and trust.
Help execute projects under guidance from immediate supervisor.
Write creative, media and production briefs and explain the nature of the job required with clarity.
Present, alongside agency colleagues, campaign ideas and budget to the client.
Ensure that communication flows effectively.
Write client reports.
Undertake administrative tasks.
Arrange and attend meetings.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Advertising, Marketing
At least 1 year of agency/consultancy experience or internship with a full services advertising agency / consultancy.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
