Ensuring each team member are trained when joining the business but also offers ongoing training and support throughout

Managing budgets & meeting targets to ensure accounts are profitable

Developing effective strategies for each client following the company’s strategy outline and ensuring strategies are creative and innovative

Ensuring the team has completed documentation in place for each client in line with company’s policies

Ensuring the team is delivering regular insights to their clients
Meeting clients regularly & working towards maintaining high satisfaction scores

Reviewing KPIs vs Achieved for each of your clients on a monthly basis

Reviewing the monthly client reports from the team

Regularly initiating new highly strategic, innovative & creative campaign ideas for clients

Approving all quarterly client activation plans & suggested campaign ideas

Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media - must have an agency background

Successfully developed & implemented multiple social media strategies

Have personally worked on multiple client accounts, at least 10 different accounts, ideally across multiple industries

Have worked closely with creative teams and managed a team of Account Executives and Account Managers

Must have strong understanding of social media advertising across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube

Preferably to have a relevant educational background such as marketing, communications, advertising or PR

Must have excellent communication skills including excellent writing skills in Arabic and English
