he Videographer / Editor will shoot footage and assist in editing. The videographer will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. He/She will transport, set up, and operate equipment. The videographer will work closely with the production director to execute the concept through to completion.
Determines what camera equipment is necessary and obtains equipment

Sets up, managing and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production

Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment

Collects b-roll footage during interviews, behind the scenes and events

Creatively plan and shoot the events and any kind of shoot

Manage the edit system and ensure files are saved properly with the correct names and folders

Assist in music selection and music edit

Oversee the recording of Voice over and other audio related work with the production director, video director and/or creative director

Overall helping the production team during shoot days

Preferably Bachelors degree in film studies, cinematography or related field

Proven work experience as a Videographer and Editor

Minimum 3-5 years’ prior experience in any production house or channel

Experience working on Adobe Premier, basic After effects, audio software’s, using professional cameras and basic lighting

Experience in design, motion graphics and animation is a plus

Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Supports the team throughout the production process, which may include finding interview subjects

Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes
