As an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership and drive our client’s social media/community engagement. You will be tasked with developing growth and engagement strategies within this hands-on role to evolve our client’s digital media presence, outreach creating new relationships with influencers and growing existing audiences while ensuring all activity is in strategy being effective and consistent across all channels.

- Create digital stories & content for the brand’s digital communities to ensure high levels of engagement with the target audience.
- Moderate and coordinate the management of client’s digital channels & communities to ensure best possible experience for brand consumers/stakeholders.
- Create dependable, organized, and clear communication across design, client servicing & development departments to ensure that campaigns are executed according to project plans.
- Support the execution of campaigns from conception to launch following deadlines and project plans.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports and documentation for clients as requested.
- Identify and adapt to new social media channels and technologies, in line with industry trends.
