ADMIN ASSISTANT cum SALES COORDINATOR - FEMALE ONLY
An advertising agency currently searching for an ADMIN ASSISTANT cum SALES COORDINATOR to work onsite at our head office. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs administrative and office support for multiple clients.
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
Resolves client’s problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Oversees all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of projects and or clients.
Responsible for the logistical processing of client’s orders, including coordination with vendors, sales staff, billing representatives, warehouses and shippers.
Arranges shipments. Some experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions is needed.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of hands on administrative and client and sales support experience
Must be computer savvy and knowledgeable in MAC office software is an advantage, as well as Internet research abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills extensive knowledge of database and client management.
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
Detailed-oriented with good analytical skills a must.
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
Reporting Skills, Follow ups, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication is a must.
Experience in advertising agency and printing press is a plus
