Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager is responsible for handling multiple client accounts and provides tactical counsel to clients; manage the appropriate implementation on a variety of projects on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities include:
Create and execute social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
Utilize social listening tools to generate insights and conversations in order to propose actionable optimizations to clients.
Develop social media guidelines based on client's overall strategic direction.
Create and maintain content calendars and enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand.
Manage communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and other similar social media outposts.
Participate constructively in brainstorming sessions with members of other Viola divisions on current clients or new business.
Work with the other team members and clients to ensure the product or service information, latest launches, initiatives and promotions are communicated on all our social media platforms.

Skills
Required Previous Experience:
Minimum 5 years in PR capacities 3 years of which in senior Account Management position
Minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE
Multi sector experience with focus on Public Sector highly preferred
Past multinational/regional agency experience a must
