We're looking for an experienced and proven social strategist who has experience building and nurturing fast growing social communities.
This role will be based in our office in Downtown Dubai and our ideal candidate will be an Arabic/English speaker, who has led social efforts in the real estate sector, has a proven track record of success and a good knowledge of the latest social trends.

The Role
Develop a social media strategy from scratch using your previous experience and expertise with the main aim of delivering community growth, engagement and web traffic
Oversee the development and growth of all social platforms including writing content and creating and managing publishing/editorial calendars
Oversee social content strategy and development, from "always on" programs to launch campaigns
Lead social/community content planning and create content and design assets across social and blog platforms
Identify and build a network of partners and influencers to help drive reach
Provide regular reports on performance, progress and results through effective monitoring, measurement and analysis of key metrics
Provide recommendations for strategy and campaign improvements and execute to ensure a continuous improvement in performance
Monitor competitor activity and track competitor data to keep one step ahead

Experience & Expertise
At least 3 years of direct social media experience with a proven track record of results, preferably in real estate
Must have proven experience in digital environments with a focus on social, content and digital campaign development
Excellent writing and editorial skills in both English and Arabic, with utmost attention to detail
