News for the food-loving football fans! Portuguese football legend Cristiano Ronaldo is bringing his Italian eatery to the United Arab Emirates capital of Abu Dhabi.
Saudi Pro League Club Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo and Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal’s Madrid restaurant TOTÓ has found a new home in Abu Dhabi.
According to The National News, TOTÓ is located at Mamsha on the popular Al Saadiyat Island. The restaurant promises a cozy ambiance and a tribute to the true essence of Italian cuisine.
For foodies and superfans, the Italian fine-dining restaurant will take you back to the golden era of Italian cinematography. Drawing inspiration from 1950s Italian cinema, it pays homage to the legendary film, Cinema Paradiso.
The 1950s-inspired space offers a rustic-luxe and romantic setting balancing the classic Italian cinematography and chic Dubai scenes. With an exceptional selection of décor, artwork, and accessories, TOTÓ is reportedly opening its doors to the public on April 1, 2024.

Meanwhile, following its opening in the UAE capital, the Italian restaurant is also expected to open at Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection in Downtown Dubai.
The dynamic sports duo’s innovative Italian combination of sports and food promises to elevate Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene to new heights. TOTÓ has already proven a successful venture with its initial launch in Madrid in 2020.
