The MediaVantage has appointed Dan Qayyum as its new international sales director, responsible for multiple media groups including News UK, IC Publications, Nation Media Group, Hindustan Times, and Russia Today. In this multifaceted role, he will be responsible for managing the sales team, along with sales operations, hiring and training of sales staff, and new business and media acquisitions.

Qayyum brings with him over 16 years of sales experience. He started his career working for Phones4U while studying in London, and was later promoted to become the company’s youngest store manager at 23. After moving to Dubai in 2004, he has been part of the international media representation industry for nearly 13 years. Starting his media career with BSA Consultants, over the years, he has been responsible for revenue growth, business acquisition and hiring and training sales staff.

With a network of affiliates and partnerships built over 13 years, Qayyum has extensive expertise, knowledge and experience in booking international media, making him the point of contact for advertisers and agencies looking to reach global audiences with their print, digital, broadcast or outdoor media plans.
