Upon issuance of a fine, passengers have several avenues for payment. They can settle fines directly with the inspector, receive notifications from the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) specifying the amount, or utilize the dedicated portal on the RTA website. Additionally, RTA Customer Happiness Centers across the city offer fine payment services, while bus passengers can pay fines through self-service machines.

In disputing a fine, passengers must gather necessary documentation, including the fine number, payment receipt (if applicable), and copies of the fine notification form and Nol card. For visitors on a temporary visa, additional documentation such as the visit visa, entry stamp, and passport copy may be required. Disputes can be lodged via email by sending relevant documents to ask@rta.ae with the subject title "Fine Appeal" and the fine number attached.

Dubai's Metro continues to serve as a cornerstone of the city's transportation infrastructure, providing a reliable and efficient means of commuting while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.
