The developments in Dubai have been at their peak, thanks to the development projects that have been making Dubai one of the best places to live in. One such developer is Ithra Dubai that has taken modern development to next level.

The master developer has announced the launch of One Deira at the Deira Enrichment Project (DEP). The transportation hub is going to see a mall constructed on top of it. Not just that, the metro station is also going to see One Deira at the Deira Enrichment Project (DEP).

The state-of-the-art idea is going to be a unique one in the region and wonder of engineering owing to its impressive structure and exceptional design.

Bringing easy access to all of Roads and Transport Authority services, the comprehensive transportation network will include a metro station, RTA Bus Terminal, taxi ranks, and an additional 158 podium parking spaces in one central location.

The One Deira will serve residential and commercial communities of the surrounding phase one Districts consisting of 2,200 residential units and 700 retail units, F&B outlets, and eight international brand hotels, including Adagio, Wyndham, Super 8, and Days Hotel with a total of 1,450 keys.

Talking about the project, Issam Galadari, Director and CEO of Ithra Dubai, said, “The Deira Enrichment Project is on track to become a leading destination, adding unique offerings to the trade, retail, and tourism landscape in Dubai with every new milestone. Upgrading and complementing Dubai’s oldest urban area, the landmark development encapsulates the city’s vision of sustainability, innovation, and mobility with an eye on the legacy.”

The DEP also aims to launch additional areas of the Deira Enrichment Project specifically being Districts 8 and 9 in Quarter 3, and District 5 and 10 in Quarter 4. The reason to include mixed-use developments is to rejuvenate Dubai’s original commerce hub and continue to attract new and well-established commercial brands to the area.
