WhatsApp has been letting users "unsend" messages since October 2017 but now it is believed the app will extend the grace period from seven minutes to over an hour. However, sometimes when someone deletes a Whatsapp message and the suspense is killing you that what was there in that message then fret not, here we tell you that how can you read the deleted whatsapp messages through different apps:

Prerequisite:

Whatsapp must be installed on your phone.
You must have a working internet connection on your phone.
The phone must be running on Android OS 4.4 or above.

1. Notification history app:

Steps to follow:

1. Download and install the Notification history app from playstore.
2. Open the app and “allow” notification and administrator access.
3. The app will start recording all the notification history.

4. Open the app and “tap” on whatsapp to see all the notification history of whatsapp.
5. Look for the contact name or number and tap on that to see that particular notification.

Limitations:

The app can only store the first 100 character of the message.
The messages will be deleted once you’ll restart your device.
This app can only retrieve those messages which have generated the notification on your device and have been seen or interacted

2. Notisave:

Whether messages were erased or not, Notisave will keep a record of every notification you get. To do that, you have to give it special access. This access will override other apps so it can gather notification data.  After installing it, Notisave will ask you to give it permission to record your notifications.

Here is how to start reading deleted Whatsapp messages;

• Download the Notisave app on Google Play store and install it
• After installing it, it will show the following
• Click “Allow”, it will display the following
• Click “Next”, it will then show this
• Press “OK” and the following displays
• And that’s it. After that,  just click “back” on your phone and this will show;

From then on, Notisave will “log” or keep every notification that you receive, including those from Whatsapp messages which were erased. All you need to do is go to the log and check out the notifications that were deleted on WhatsApp. It’s as easy as that.
