The world’s first floating five-star resort— Kempinski Floating Palace to open in Dubai in 2023

Adding to the luxury lifestyle that Dubai already boasts, adding to the list is another indulgence by launching the world’s first luxury floating hotel—the Kempinski Floating Palace.

Located on the Arabian Gulf, the world’s first floating five-star resort will be open for stays from 2023 onwards, wherein the guests can make the most of the extravagance of living. The centre of the Kempinski Floating Palace will be ornamented with a huge glass pyramid structure.

With 156 rooms and suites, plus 12 luxury floating Neptune villas, guests will arrive by speed boat or can arrive directly with their boats from one of the most exclusive beaches on Jumeirah Beach Road.

The luxury hotel will also have a floating helipad and a marina that can accommodate up to 16 private yachts allowing premium travellers to arrive in style. From a five-star resort, including first-class service, gourmet restaurants, boutiques, banquet areas and swanky bars, guests will find everything that one would expect.

The hotel also plans to have several palm tree-surrounded swimming pools and a luxury spa hotel, which is located offshore on Jumeirah Beach. To take luxury to another level, 12 boat villas connected to the main hotel by pontoons are partly for sale but can also be rented by hotel guests.

With high-quality design over two floors with a roof terrace and infinity pool, guests can choose between two, three and four-bedroom Neptune accommodations. There will also be crew and staff rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor living rooms, characterise the luxury houseboats with large panoramic windows.

The villas are equipped with solar panels and are designed to be environmentally friendly and will use smart technology for wastewater treatment and air filtration, designed to be environmentally friendly.

Reflecting contemporary lifestyle in the UAE, the project is assured to be another breakthrough for the already spectacular tourism industry of the country.
