WhatsApp is rolling out a fresh UI for both audio and video calls; this transformation is ultimately about to make it easier to add new participants and join an ongoing group call.

The new UI is now rolling bent the newest WhatsApp beta update, and this brings a UI that appears like FaceTime has inspired it.

The new interface brings better and more prominent toggles with a bright white colour scheme . Previously, these toggles were during a shade of grey and weren't as easy to use together could have confusion telling whether the choice is on or off.

Those over at XDA Developers, shared some screenshots (below) and these changes look minute at best , but they're big enough to make the general user experience better. As an example, you'll check out the older toggles below. You'll see how the toggles are greyed out, and it's tough to inform whether or not they are on or off, especially once you are using the display on a lower brightness. This has finally changed, and you're now getting access to a much brighter, more prominent toggles.

The top call button can now be found alongside the sound, mic, and video toggles, and swiping up from rock bottom row reveals the button for adding new participants. This ultimately makes it easier for you to feature new people to the decision without twiddling with the device. The old add participant toggle within the top right corner remains there, but we believe it'll be removed soon.

The latest beta gives you the power to hitch group calls after they need started. this suggests that just in case someone has invited you to a gaggle call and you've got missed it, WhatsApp will now show you a "Tap to join" banner within the Calls tab which will allow you to join the group call provided it's still happening .

The new calling UI and other changes are now rolling bent the newest WhatsApp beta on both Android and iOS.
