Mashable: London Gate and Franck Muller partner to develop the residential clock tower

Dubai is climbing new heights in real estate.

The Emirates is set to get the tallest residential clock tower in the world.

According to the Khaleej Times, the project is a collaboration between London Gate, the United Arab Emirates’ premium real estate developer, and Franck Muller, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai.

On Thursday, December 7, 2023, the two groups held an official signing ceremony for the project, announcing their partnership that promises elegance in the world of real estate.

The clock tower will be Dubai’s first residential clock tower and also the tallest one in the world according to the building developers’ announcement on Thursday at an event in Dubai.

The groundbreaking collaboration is named Aeternitas after Franck Muller, the Swiss watchmaker's watch of the same name. The watch is reportedly known to be the most complicated in the world with 36 complications and featuring 1,483 components.

The CEO of London Gate, Eman Taha said that it is an exclusive branded residential project in partnership with Franck Muller that will stand as a testament to their commitment to “crafting unparalleled and never-seen spaces.”

The managing director of Franck Muller, Erol Baliyan said that they feel “incredible to launch Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration” with London Gate in a world-class city like Dubai which is known as the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world.

The luxurious residential project is set to be officially unveiled in January 2024 and the residents can expect a handover by the year 2026.
