Mashable: The family attraction Global Village will open on October 25.

The family attraction Global Village, which opens on October 25, will feature new activities and venue improvements.

27 Pavilions have been confirmed for season 27. In a press release, the entertainment destination stated, “New pavilions from Qatar and Oman for this season will add to the excitement of the unique Global Village shopping experience.”

The pavilions are UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Africa, Americas, China, Egypt, Europe, India, Iran, Oman, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen, and Russia.

The new venture, called the Road of Asia, entails a pedestrian street with 43 kiosks offering goods from nations that aren't represented in the pavilions. Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Brunei, Laos, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, and the Philippines are among the 13 nations that will be highlighted here.

From one of the world's most populous continents, which is also the home to several of the world's oldest civilizations, the Road of Asia will present a variety of cultures and traditions.

Chief operating officer of Dubai Holding Entertainment, Mohamed Sharaf, said the team is working hard to ensure the success of season 27 after Season 26 saw record footfall.

He further added, “Planning and construction are on track for the October 25 opening, and we are all looking forward to an unmissable line-up of new attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.”

More information about season 27 would be revealed in the upcoming weeks, Sharaf said.
