With all its charm and safety, Dubai is now ranked high in a list of the world’s friendliest cities. UK travel guide publisher Rough Guides conducted a poll in which readers had to vote for their favourite.

Dubai ranked 8th in the list of top 15 friendly cities in the world. Topping the list was Glasgow in Scotland, followed by Dublin, Ireland, Montreal in Canada, Liverpool, UK, Tokyo in Japan, Vancouver in Canada, and Copenhagen in Denmark.

From the city's tallest building in the world to the world’s only seven-star, sail-shaped hotel, the luxurious concrete jungle, its lavish living, and world cuisine at its best, Dubai has so much to offer for all the visitors. Rightly so, these attractions have become a cause for tourists to come all around the year.

Dubai is one of the most desirable cities in the world, be it to live, work or vacation. The city ranks very high in personal safety which is a boon to visitors. Moreover, visitors shared that it is easy to get along in the city without having to know Arabic. Most of the tourist places speak the English language, which makes it easier for the tourists to interact with the locals, thus making it friendly.
