Eid Al Etihad 2024: Where to watch UAE National Day fireworks in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Mashable: UAE National Day 2024 (now titled Eid Al Etihad) is just around the corner. Several fireworks displays will light up the skies of the country in celebration of the monumental day which marks the unification of seven Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. The historic moment took place on December 2, 1971, ending the British protectorate status thereby binding the regions together as an independent sovereign country.

UAE National Day which falls on December 2 every year is celebrated with great zeal across the nation with events, traditional activities, decorations, and UAE flags taking up every nook and corner. Like every year, the Middle East will not fail to witness the enthusiasm of the special occasion in 2024. And if you are hunting for places to watch National Day fireworks in the UAE, check out the list below:

Dubai

Burj Khalifa, the most famous skyscraper in Dubai, is set to host a stunning display of fireworks on December 2. Also, you do not want to miss their LED show.

The Beach at Jumeirah Beach Residences, a tourist hotspot inclusive of fancy cafes and restaurants, is one of the best places to visit to watch the fireworks spectacle. The event will be hosted on December 1 at 8 pm.

Dubbed as the adventure hub of Dubai, Bluewaters Island by the Palm, Jumeirah will host UAE National Day fireworks on December 3. The display is suggested to kick start at 9 pm.

Abu Dhabi

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel is the epitome of luxury in Abu Dhabi, showcasing Arabian hospitality at its finest. On UAE National Day 2024, the fireworks sessions will commence on December 2 at 9 pm.

Formula 1 race, what? Before that enjoy watching the dazzling sky at the Yas Marina Circuit on December 2 from 6 pm to 10 pm.

It will be double the fun at Al Maryah Island with fireworks set for December 2 and 3. Besides fireworks, the place is home to several fancy dining spots, outdoor cinema hubs, and carnival performances.
