Keeping the legacy alive once again a new leak has appeared on the internet suggesting that the prototype of the upcoming foldable iPhone has a similar design and component to the Galaxy Z Flip and the Galaxy Z Fold. In the latest development, a YouTuber by the channel name ardstudiodesign has shared a video that showcases the design renders of the speculated foldable iPhone. The video shared by the YouTuber shows the renders of the alleged foldable iPhone suggesting that the handset will arrive with a triple rear camera setup on the left corner accompanied by a secondary display. The video renders also revealed that the device will sport a clamshell design and the secondary display will be utilized for showing notifications, calls, alerts, and more. The render also reveals that the foldable handset from Apple will ship without any ports and everything will be wireless including charging, which seems to be too early because Apple is yet to achieve wireless fast charging tech.

Furthermore, the video reveals the company is planning to remove the SIM slot entirely as well to promote the users to switch to the e-SIM concept. On the hardware front, the foldable smartphone is said to be powered by the M1 chipset. Besides, the render didn’t reveal anything about the camera or display features.

Going with the previous reports, back in 2020, Apple filed a patent that shows a hinge design for iPhones. The patent was explained as a foldable device showing a display opening at 90 degrees.
