Google has just revealed a slew of upcoming improvements to Android and Wear OS. As part of Google's feature drop at this week's MWC Barcelona, the update is designed to enhance your Android devices' capacity for communication, productivity, ease of use, and entertainment.

A new Google Keep widget has been released for Android users, making it easier to manage their notes and tasks. You can stick the widget on your main screen or your watch face. The Google Drive app now has the ability to annotate PDFs using a stylus or your fingers on a touch screen.

In order to make phone calls more pleasant, the Google Meet app has been updated to work on a wider variety of Android devices with noise cancelation support.

If you're an Android user, you can use Fast Pair to quickly link your wireless headphones to your Chromebook. In addition, the headphones will connect to the Chromebook without any additional action on your part if you have already set them up with an Android phone.

If you use Gboard, you'll be happy to know that Google has released new emoji combinations via Emoji Kitchen, which enables you to blend multiple emoji and share them as stickers (or photos for apps that don't support stickers). New animations have been added to Google Wallet to reassuringly confirm that in-store purchases were successful.

Google has also improved its accessibility by adding new tools. Chrome allows users to enlarge text and images by up to 300% while maintaining the same page layout. A mono-audio mode is coming to Wear OS 3+ to help users feel less disoriented. Grayscale and color-correction modes are also available to aid people with limited vision.
