Over 2,500 cyclists are expected to participate in the Challenge, which is one of five international cycling competitions in Dubai.

One of the top five cycling challenges in Dubai, the ‘Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge is here to cheer the fitness buffs as the challenge is coming back to Dubai.

With challenges like that, Dubai has become a hotspot for cycling enthusiasts and events. Dubai is one of the premier cycling destinations in the world, and the city hosts around five international competitions every year with over 32 local and community events.

With the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge, Dubai is expected to see more than 2,500 cyclists participate in the Challenge, making it a cyclists’ favourite destination.

The challenge is debuting on February 25, 2022, as a UCI Gran Fondo World Series event with the starting line in Dubai Sports City.

Taking place in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge is one of the Middle East’s premium sporting races, regularly attracting thousands of riders from all over the world.

The 12th edition of the competition, which is now a part of the 2022 UCI Gran Fondo World Series, has a prize-pot of AED 36,000, which will be shared by the top three.

The 92km course for the Gran Fondo Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge, will weave across the city after being flagged off from Dubai Sports City. Riders will get to cycle amidst several popular landmarks, including the iconic Expo 2020 Dubai and the much-beloved Global Village sites.
