Qatar Airways customers will also have the opportunity to virtually interact with Sama 2.0 through the airline's innovative digital platform, QVerse, or its dedicated app, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.
The introduction of Sama 2.0 follows the regional carrier's unveiling of the holographic virtual cabin crew at ITB Berlin earlier this year, signalling Qatar Airways' commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance customer experience and engagement.

In addition to this groundbreaking development, Qatar Airways recently announced the appointment of Badr Mohammed Al-Meer as the group CEO, succeeding the esteemed Akbar Al Baker. Al-Meer's leadership comes at a pivotal moment for the airline as it continues to innovate and adapt to evolving market demands.
In a recent statement, Al-Meer shared insights into the airline's plans, highlighting the imminent introduction of a newly-designed first-class cabin. Drawing inspiration from both commercial and executive jet experiences, Qatar Airways aims to redefine luxury travel with this innovative offering, set to be unveiled soon.
With Sama 2.0 leading the charge in customer engagement and service innovation, coupled with Al-Meer's strategic vision for the airline's future, Qatar Airways remains at the forefront of the aviation industry's digital transformation, promising an exciting journey ahead for travellers worldwide.
