Stage Entertainment, the production company behind hit shows such as The Lion King and Les Miserables is in talks to land former ITV boss Adam Crozier on board as its new chairman.
According to Sky News, an announcement about Crozier's appointment to the board could be made as early as next week, although it had yet to be finalised.
Adam Crozier currently serves in the position of non-executive chair of cinema chain Vue International. Crozier, if appointed, will replace Just Spee, who was previously the company's chief executive and took the chairman's role earlier this year.
Stage recently appointed Arthur de Bok as its new chief executive. Bok earlier worked as an executive with tyre manufacturer Goodyear and Mediq, a medical devices supplier.
Stage's other blockbuster shows include Tina: The Musical, about the life of the singer Tina Turner, Mamma Mia!, Aladdin, The Phantom of the Opera and War Horse.
Stage also owns a network of musical theatres across its operations on both sides of the Atlantic, and employs more than 3,000 people globally.
