The first batch has over 200 students who'll be sharpening their skills through knowhow shared as part of games.

Digitisation has swept across public services and private entities in the Emirates, and the demand for talent to create innovàtive solutions has only surged in the past couple of years. Since the focus is on sustainability, the Emirati authorities have even started offering golden visas to the world's top 100,000 coders, so that they would choose to settle in the UAE, and develop 1000 homegrown tech firms.

To make sure that the next set of smart systems and digital tools are invented by local talent, the regime in the Emirates has upgraded education to teach tech innovation at a young age. As coding and app development continue to rise as in demand skills for the future, Abu Dhabi has launched a free learning platform, where students will teach each other, while sharing knowhow and creating products.

The school called 42 Abu Dhabi, is part of a network of campuses that started with the establishment of a facility in Paris, back in 2013. The digital classroom, which doesn't have teachers, will be available round the clock for 252 students which have formed the first batch for this innovative course.

Creativity will flourish through collaborations and exchange of knowhow as part of gamified learning, so that a futuristic workforce with digital skills can be prepared for the UAE. The 42 network has already empowered 12000 students ok a global scale to embrace the tech revolution, and create platforms to accelerate the transition further.

As coding takes over as a universal language for the digital age, Abu Dhabi has been proactive in establishing this learning resource, to join similar institutes in the city. The Emirati capital has already been in the news for launching the first ever university dedicated entirely to AI, and even a training centre for nurturing e-sports talent.

Satellites are being launched so that students can test how their software actually works in space, and young minds are already coming up with innovative tech to help society thanks to knowledge available online.
