It was edited in the House of Falaj, as for the subscription price for individuals, it was set at 3 Omani riyals, and for institutions and companies at 5 riyals The first page of this issue was devoted to the publication of the supreme speech of His Majesty the Sultan, and no tabulation or title to the pages appeared in this issue, but the material was distributed in The eight pages, and varied between the press interview and the report, the column, literary materials and poetic texts, and the last page of this issue published the congratulations of the loyalty of the builder of the modern Omani renaissance, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed, signed by the various Omani companies.
