Finance Business Manager in APCO Worldwide UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Assist client and project managers to respond effectively to client requests for proposals and submit financial and budgetary portions of such tenders, including developing detailed resourcing plans, budgets and cost analyses, and analyzing pricing for completeness and market competitiveness. Lead or support negotiations with client sourcing, purchasing, and procurement staff.
- Proactively analyze client performance for efficiency and profitability, and make recommendations to regional management and to client and project leaders on ways to improve profitability and efficient operations.
- Serve as a resource to regional management and client and project managers regarding the project and financial management best practices, and provide business analysis as requested.
- Support monthly client revenue recognition and verification process.
- Support monthly and quarterly client revenue forecasting as well as periodic business planning.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and periodic staff utilization reports and analysis for office managing directors and firm management.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required in finance or accounting, or in a related quantitative and critical analysis field (such as economics, business, etc.)
- Five years of experience in a related field, preferably an analytical finance or accounting background, or similar experience analyzing and acting on quantitative information and communicating it clearly to non-quantitative/financial professionals and managers.
