Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze historical sales data to identify optimal times for future sales campaigns and ticket pricing adjustments
Develop ongoing reports detailing sales campaign effectiveness
Identify customer segments in current customer database and score those segments for future renewal and new business sales campaigns
Monitor Salesforce CRM campaigns to ensure timely completion of each initiative
Daily monitoring of the Salesforce CRM system to maintain data integrity
Analyze and summarize sales data and CRM user activity for ticket department management and organization executives
Initiate and organize surveys to collect deeper customer insights on CRM related topics
Enhance existing business practices to increase overall efficiency.
Additional projects as necessary
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an analytic field (e.g.: Business, Digital Marketing, Economics) or be nearing degree completion in 2018
The ideal candidate must be available full-time
Analytical background with ability to analyze data and create forecasts
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Emotionally intelligent, mindful of situations and ability to build relationships
Proactive, responsible, initiator, attention to detail and a good team player
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.) as well as data storytelling skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Fluency in written and spoken English
Driving license and car is an addition

SA wise KPI analysis
Cross selling report analysis
CRM scorecard analysis
MD Analytical Reports: Level Shoes business report, MOE, LG study etc.
Competition analysis presentation for MD
Preparing boutique wise client lists (broken into SA wise) for CRM analysis/ different purposes
Marketing
Events and Training Courses Management: Catering, venue, layout, furniture, gifting, guest lists, invites, legal contracts, invoicing, expense sheet tracking, stationary, models, hotels, tickets, visas, permits and recap presentation.
Pre and post events sales reports
PR sets monitoring + sale (trackers & ppt)
Training/Events timeline creation
Other (specific projects)
Pop up openings
Implementing of grooming guidelines
Packaging approvals and tracking
Minutes of meetings
Hotel and flight bookings, stationary order and other admin-related work.
