Key Responsibilities
This role is based in Abu Dhabi
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Contribute to internal and external communications projects for large, global brands and apply processes and principles to our work in a fast-paced environment
Serve as the daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate, earning the trust of clients to deliver day-to-day work as well as providing proactive counsel on new approaches or ideas that will help meet clients’ broader objectives
Draft internal and external communications materials, including press releases, backgrounders, talking points, social media content, articles, PR proposals and other documents
Play a key role in the research, planning and development of campaigns and driving these forward
Support and collaborate with senior team members on internal and external communications planning
Practical and solid understanding of the earned, owned, paid, social media and internal channels and how to incorporate these into client plans for integrated communications programs
Provide support on new business pitches – research, slide development, driving forward process including work back plans and managing junior teams’ input
Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to clients’ communication effectiveness
Ensure understanding understand of clients’ general business strategy, products and services offered, and general challenges facing their industries.
Develop working relationships and integration with different practices / teams on cross-business work, ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people to meet client expectations

Qualifications
Ideally, at least three years of relevant experience in communications and/or related fields including internal communications, change management, employee engagement, executive communications and corporate communications.
Superior writing, editing and presentation-development skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questioning, critical thinking, client management, etc.)
Experience working in corporate, management consulting or public relations agency settings preferred
Experience with internal digital/social platforms (e.g., internal mobile apps, social/collaboration platforms, intranet) - a plus but not required.
Ability to draft strategic client-facing internal and external communications plans and proposals
Passion for client service and team work
Ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects/work assignments simultaneously
