Key Responsibilities
Media iQ is looking for a Sales Planner, based in New York City. The successful candidate will be empowered to grow client relationships across a portfolio of advertisers. The role offers the opportunity to join an innovative company, with award winning culture and ambitious growth plans. The Sales Planning Executive will be tasked with creating client facing proposals, mastering Media iQ product utilization strategy, living our mantra of “Inspire through Insights,” and upholding operational excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITITES
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to build accurate and thoughtful proposals in a timely fashion
Master MiQ product capabilities and stay current on the latest industry trends to inform internal and external teams
Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to develop existing client business and win net new business
Implement and uphold the proposal production process to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution of pre-sale campaign deliverables
JOB RESPONSIBILITITES

Skills
0-1 years of advertising technology or media planning experience
Commercial experience – clear evidence of executing strategic planning for advertisers that ultimately led to business partnership growth through revenue and/or business line growth
Proven ability of improving internal processes to better communication and knowledge sharing across internal/external stakeholders
Involvement in a high energy work environment with ability to deliver on tight deadlines
Sound understanding of the digital programmatic eco-system and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
Adept understanding of the programmatic/advertising industry and ability to convey that knowledge to others
Ability to take abstract ideas and translate into actionable solutions
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
Competitive ‘winning’ mentality
Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
