Media Planning Manager in OMD UAE

Key Responsibilities
Steward implementation of projects from start to finish
Work with team to create media plans that integrate all aspects of media: TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Interactive, Emerging Technologies
Plans, Organize, implement and control the day to day activities, requests and projects for the group
Provide local market intelligence
Analyze the various media alternatives and make recommendations as to how to best allocate the advertising budget
Provide recommendation and analysis on targeting, geography, scheduling, support level, and budget
Masters appropriate tools and research and use effectively
Execute campaigns on a timely basis and prepare campaign summary and analysis
Develop and manage media budgets
Oversee and troubleshoot billing and budget accuracy
Maintain media schedules and track the placement of broadcast, print, internet, and OOH buys to ensure accuracy emerging media opportunities and incorporate them into media plans
Co-ordinate inter-office global requirements
Explore and analyze emerging media opportunities and incorporate them into media plans.
Provide leadership and guidance to subordinate planners
Maintain communication/integration with multiple agency partners (creative, account, web, promotions, media buying, research)
Interact/communicate frequently with clients (meetings, written, presentations)
Manage relationship with vendors
Manage and mentor subordinates on career development
Establish, share and advance best practices and processes
