Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Understand client Briefs and deliver effectively.
Showcase industry understanding and knowledge.
Be the lead on the Account by having in-depth category and digital knowledge Maintain client business relationships.
Contribute towards strategy with Consumer understanding, competitive updates, Insights etc. for effective social media and digital strategies on the Brand, Supervise and Direct creative and other key aspects of the brand deliverables to the internal project / delivery teams.
Seek out business opportunities with existing clients .Meet new clients and showcase portfolio / understand briefs / strategise and pitch along with the team as digital experts representing Tonic
Be responsible for business targets and numbers on existing brands as well as new business (monitor and drive P&L for Tonic)
Timely and effective campaign suggestions on the Brands.
Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account.
Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both clients facing as well as the internal delivery teams.
Team Management
Assisting in planning and focus on execution of Account Strategy, Positioning, Content and Tone on various digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Slideshare, etc), based on client brief and brand
Creative Direction and Ideation of Content. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team.
Day to day leadership of the account team and client. Strong Inter – department coordination to avoid any confusion / build relationships with team and clients.
Mentor teams whenever required.
Skills:
A comprehensive grasp of digital and social media communication and marketing strategy. Creative abilities to brainstorm campaign and content ideas
Effective PowerPoint presentation making skills for strategy and concept selling
A strong grasp of strategic thinking for Brand
Independent, A good Team leader, Self-motivated, strategic thinker with determination to succeed.
Planning and process management within teams.
Self motivated individual who thrives on growing an agency and business.
Office management
Being a lead in UAE, be responsible for running the office and following as well as setting team discipline and rules and regulations . This includes
- Operational processes
- Hygiene check on brands / plan in advance and guide teams on forthcoming campaigns
- Weekly team meetings with UAE team
- Weekly calls with India team
- Invoicing / collections
