Following the activation of its remote work system, Rafid Automotive Solutions called on all customers to download its smart application to take advantage of all available services, which comply with the best international standards.
HE Salim Saeed Al Midfa, General Manager of Rafid, said that the company is keen to meet increasing demands by providing smart services, highlighting that Rafid will provide maximum support for vehicle breakdowns cases, ensuring that customers do not have to leave their homes.
Al Midfa said: “Rafid is constantly working towards providing quality service that satisfy the needs of all customers. Our employees are trained to follow all precautionary measures and safety standards that require sterilization of all equipment and tools used on a daily basis.”
"As part of our corporate social responsibility and efforts towards contributing to the implementation of the general guidelines of the United Arab Emirates, Rafid constantly applies modern methods in its pursuit to deliver the most updated and enhanced services,” Al-Midfa added.
Using Rafid's smart application, customers can access all vehicle services, book a mobile truck, request roadside assistance, and seek help from the accident service unit, in addition to contacting the mobile service center, "Autoxpress" by phone. The app also provides customers with the latest developments being updated on the company's social media platforms and sent via SMS to mobile phones.
Established in Sharjah in 2017, Rafid Automotive Solutions’ workshops cover a total area of 50,000 square metres, offering additional support services such as vehicle inspection and registration, technician training and approval, and light and heavy car washes using modern equipment.
