Mashable: Ronaldo signed for Al Nassr last December

Cristiano Ronaldo recently won February’s Saudi Pro League Player of the Month.

The Portuguese player scored eight goals in his appearances for his new Saudi Arabian club, Al-Nassr.

The 38-year-old player signed for Al Nassr in December 2022. He signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club which is believed to be worth more than $200 million per season.

Since his joining, Ronaldo scored a total of eight times and also registered two assists across four matches.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr celebrated his win via their official Twitter account. “Who else deserves to be the best!” the club wrote, “4 matches,10 goalscoring contributions. Cristiano Ronaldo Player of the Month February”

On February 9, 2023, Al Nassr’s forward Cristiano Ronaldo scored big for his team against Al Wehda in the Saudi Pro League match which was held at the King Abdulaziz Stadium in Makkah. The football played bagged all four goals in a 4-0 win against Al Wehda.

As per The National News, Ronaldo was named the Player of the Month by Saudi Pro League for the very first time following a superb month at the Riyadh club.

On February 3, 2023, the player netted his first goal in his third appearance for Al Nassr. He registered a late penalty in a 2-2 league draw against Al Fateh at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium in Al Hasa.

On February 9, 2023, Ronaldo scored all four goals for Al Nassr in the 4-0 victory against Al Wehda. He then set up two goals in the 2-1 win to Al Taawoun on February 17, 2023.

Meanwhile, last Saturday, the former Manchester United forward showed his magic on the scoresheet as he struck a hat-trick in the 3-0 win at Damac. The player will now play against Al Ittihad on March 9, 2023.
