Based on the 1981 Dubai Grand Prix, a three-day racing festival will showcase some of the world’s most iconic cars.
Cars enthusiasts can swear by the opulence of the Historic Dubai Grand Prix and to bring the same magic back, the grand event is making a comeback in November 2022.
The event that is taking place at the Dubai Autodrome will feature several classic cars and also include two F1 category races featuring historic cars.
Based on the 1981 Dubai Grand Prix, a three-day racing festival will showcase some of the world’s most iconic cars from its most memorable races including Le Mans, the Dakar Rally and Formula One among others.
The first iconic edition that was held in 1981 showcased 120 cars that were shipped over to Dubai for a one-off event including F1 demonstrations, a celebrity race and sports car competitions, making it a memorable one.
For the 2022 edition, Historic Dubai Grand Prix Revival is set to showcase over 100 classic cars and include two F1 category races featuring cars from 1970 to 2010.
Starting on November 25 with practice and qualification, the two days of racing is slated to take place on November 26 and 27, 2022.
