Al-Masry Al-Youm, the first daily newspaper in Egypt. The first issue was published on June 7, 2004, and it is the most widely distributed independent Egyptian newspaper. The “Al-Masry Foundation for Press, Printing, Publishing and Advertising” is an independent Egyptian media organization that was launched in 2003, founded by Engineer Salah Diab, Its Honorary Chairman is Professor Kamel Tawfiq Diab, and its Board of Directors is chaired by Dr. Abdel Moneim Saeed, and the Board of Directors includes a group of prominent names of Egyptian businessmen.
