Alsumaria is an independent Iraqi television network that was established in September 2004 and today includes a team of the forefront of media professionals and the best technicians, with 700 employees working between Iraq, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. Alsumaria TV adopts a moderate discourse for one Iraq that stands at the same distance from all the diverse Iraqi people. This diversity considers the path towards peaceful coexistence, and recognition of the peaceful rotation of power. The channel seeks, through its programs and news bulletins, to spread the concepts of democracy, freedom, and political and economic openness to the world. In her speech, she adopts the liberal opinion, in the sense that represents adherence to religious faith while rejecting tyranny, totalitarianism and absolute rulings.
