Al Bayan “Al Bayan” is an independent political weekly newspaper, founded in 1923 by the teacher Boutros Al Bustani, and it was re-issued in Tripoli - Lebanon in early 2007 by two media professionals, Muhammad Wali al-Din and Amal Zaid Hamzah.
