Boekenpost is the largest Dutch-language bimonthly magazine for lovers of books , prints , comic books and book curios. In 1992, Lucom Produkties in Veendam began publishing the new magazine Boekenpost, in addition to the Verzamelkrant they were publishing at the time. After 28 issues, the magazine was taken over by Caspar Wechgelaer from Groningen . The first editor in chief was Janneke van der Veer . In 2012, the magazine was taken over by Vincent van de Vrede, who was temporarily editor-in-chief and became Stip Media in Alkmaarissued. As of January 1, 2014 Kees van Rixoort became the new editor in chief from number 129. The hundredth issue appeared in April 2009. Fixed column is the agenda of book markets , book fairs, book auctions and exhibitions. The short and concise section with news about everything that has to do with books. Attention is also paid to early photography, historical postcards and poster art. Further book reviews, auction news, the section worth a visit ... and articles about writers , publishers , bookbinders , graphics and antiquarian books . HistorianJanneke van der Veer, responsible for the content since the start of the magazine, received the "Hieronymus van Alphen Prijs" from the Foundation for Children and Young People's Literature in 2006.
