To you who are called to judge us, the first one, in a general way, the second in particular, our concern in disseminating this proclamation is to enlighten you on the underlying reasons which pushed us to agitate ; act by exposing you our program, the meaning of our action, the merits ; of our views whose goal remains national independence within the North African framework.
