The Fédération des Entreprises Romandes Geneva, with its 26,000 member companies and 80 professional associations, has four missions: - the defense of the private economy, - the provision of services to its members, - the conduct of a reflection on the evolution of society, - the linking of its members and its partners. FER Geneva promotes a liberal economy, based on individual initiative and responsibility, as well as respect for partners. She defends and advises employers in labor relations and social policy. It intervenes with the authorities and its representatives in the official committees. FER Geneva provides services to its members in the fields of the secretariat of professional associations, labor law, collective bargaining, vocational training, health and safety at work, wages and social security. Finally, it is a reference center for employers on all major issues affecting the economy. It participates in consultation procedures and debates in the media and makes its positions known through its publications.
