Food & Drink is tailored to the entire foodservice segment, ie. foodservice companies, restaurants, catering, canteens, large kitchens, and cafes. But the magazine is also read by food retailers and supermarket buyers.

The magazine's aim is to bring news from food and beverage producers, look at new trends in time and inspire everyday life in the kitchen. The magazine also covers national and international food stores, so readers have their fingers on the pace of the many news in the food industry. Large kitchen equipment, fixtures, kitchen utensils, service, hygiene and packaging for large kitchens are also being treated.

Food & Drink is published 10 times a year and is one of TechMedia's three food magazines. The other two food sheets are Food Blade and Plus Process.
