Forward Press is a monthly magazine published from New Delhi. A publication of the Aspire Prakashan Private Limited (APPL), the magazine made its debut in the newsstands in June 2009 with the cover story titled “The Victory of Aspiration”. Aspire Prakashan was founded in February 2009 by Dr. Silvia and Ivan Kostka. Forward Press looks at majority India’s issues and interests primarily through the lens of Bahujan giants, Mahatma Jotiba Phule, and Babasaheb Dr BR Ambedkar, who respectively gave us the radical compass and the constitutional map for charting the emancipative future for India’s marginalized majority.
