The Publishing House "Gudok" is the oldest publishing house in the market. Since December 23, 1917 "Gudok" publishes the same daily newspaper. The newspaper "Gudok" in the twenties becomes the main print edition of domestic railway workers. During the years of the newspaper's release, such famous writers as Mikhail Bulgakov, Yuri Olesha, Valentin Kataev, Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov, Konstantin Paustovsky and others worked in the editorial office of Gudka.
