With ICON, we want to give you a magazine and a voice that sets the agenda instead of following it. We created ICON in the fall of 2011 to find new inspirators, phenomena, and stories in a similar media offering stuck in the fixation of monthly celebrities.Over the four years we have kept on, we have thrown us across subjects: from the luxury industry of Paris to the thief hunting in the Central African Republic. From border-breaking news journalism in the Middle East to Swedish star professors at the world's most outstanding university. We have done over 200 reports and visited over 40 countries around the world. A good story has no limits.Curiosity, narrative light, and quality ambition pervade everything we take care of, we are convinced that good journalism is done with great patience, with a voice of their own, and on the spot in the real world. Phones, virtual reality and Skype in all respects. Technology is far enough, but it's not enough all the way.ICON Magazine and iconmagazine.se will be a unique experience for you who spend your time in our hands. Different stories and phenomena that can awaken thoughts, learn and inspire us to change. It is needed in a world that is becoming increasingly complex and facing major challenges. We have occasionally been criticized for being too positive. It only causes us to increase our focus even further. We are optimistic, but we are not naive.
